**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis. You'll work closely with colleagues to gather data from various sources, create reports that showcase the results of your investigations, and develop processes that screen, examine, and advise key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
* Lead exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
* Collaborate with colleagues to gather data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and external data providers
* Create reports that showcase the results of your investigations, using tools like SQL, Looker, and other data visualization platforms
* Develop processes that screen, examine, and advise key stakeholders on transportation-related issues
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that drive business results
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
**Test Tasks**
* Plan and estimate retail tests to measure the effectiveness of new initiatives and strategies
* Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping
* Develop driver analysis for key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
* Identify and analyze differences in store and market performance to inform business decisions
**What You'll Bring**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Strong background in data analysis, including experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical software
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or Julia, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect the dots between data insights and business outcomes
