About the Role
We’re looking for a mid-level Photography Retoucher with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in fashion, beauty, or product imagery. This role focuses on executing high-quality retouching within a high-volume production environment while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and brand standards.
You’ll work closely with creative and QA teams to refine imagery for e-commerce, PDP, and editorial use—ensuring each image is polished, realistic, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Image Retouching & Enhancement
• Retouch fashion and beauty photos including skin, hair, garments, and product details
• Apply techniques such as frequency separation and dodge & burn for clean, natural results
• Refine garments to maintain accurate fit, structure, and texture without distorting design intent
• Enhance product imagery (cosmetics, skincare, accessories) to highlight texture, color, and finish
Color & Tone Consistency
• Maintain consistent color grading across image sets and campaigns
• Match tones and lighting across multiple images for cohesive brand presentation
• Ensure color accuracy aligns with original product references
Workflow & Production
• Manage high-volume retouching workflows with tight timelines
• Prepare and export assets for web, e-commerce, and digital platforms
• Follow file naming, organization, and delivery standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to address feedback and revisions

• Solid understanding of lighting, texture, and color accuracy
• Ability to balance speed with attention to detail in a production setting
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Clear, concise communication when addressing revisions or inconsistencies
Nice to Have
• Experience working with e-commerce or PDP imagery
• Familiarity with AI-generated imagery or digital rendering workflows
• Background in fashion, accessories, or beauty product development
