JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS The Office of the Senior Vice President for Research is seeking applicants for part-time job of Digital Brand and User Experience Specialist. Job duties to include: Conduct market and competitive analyses to evaluate the branding, positioning, and communications strategies of peer organizations competing for similar funding, partnerships, or market opportunities. Plan and facilitate discovery workshops with internal teams, communications staff, leadership, business development personnel, and other stakeholders to define core messaging, visual identity, strategic positioning, and brand values. Develop compelling written and visual content, including copywriting, graphic design, presentations, and branded communications materials that translate strategic concepts into cohesive brand assets. Design and prototype digital engagement experiences, including website concepts, social media strategies, and CRM-integrated communication workflows. Develop, launch, and maintain websites, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, usability, and alignment with organizational goals. Monitor and analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, brand performance, and digital campaign effectiveness; recommend and implement iterative improvements to strengthen organizational visibility, stakeholder engagement, and partnership opportunities. Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies: Experience in branding, communications, marketing, digital strategy, or related fields. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in copywriting, graphic design, website development, and content management systems. Familiarity with CRM platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in collaborative environments.
