Job Description:
• Manage email, may handle sensitive information, calendars, and multiple communication platforms
• Email triage, folder organization, may handle sensitive information and consistent follow-ups
• Scheduling discovery calls and appointments to optimize the schedule
• Scheduling and monitoring posts
• Managing 5–7 communication platforms (e.g., Instagram DMs, OnlyFans)
• Working with our Team Leader and Account Manager to track performance and integration
• Supporting the work with high discretion and maintaining strict privacy
• Demonstrating consistent follow-through while managing sensitive information
Requirements:
• 1 year or more of experience in administrative/virtual assistance or related roles
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace
• Ability to demonstrate “grit”—patience, proactive questioning, and emotional stability
• Ability to work primarily through electronic communication
• A nuanced understanding of this specific professional field and the sensitivity of the work
• High discretion, a non-judgmental approach, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
