**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you will be responsible for:
* Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our high standards
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a seamless and engaging experience
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring our clients' needs are met
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to grow their business
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
* Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* A flexible schedule, with a minimum of 16 hours per week required
* Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
* Ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday - Friday from 4PM - 8PM
* Gaming experience is helpful, but not required

* Be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
* Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
* Have a positive and professional demeanor
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Be able to work in a non-smoking environment
