At arenaflex, we believe that great customer service is the key to unlocking success, and we're committed to creating a work environment that's relaxed, yet professional and fun. **Responsibilities** As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our online chat platform, engaging with customers and representing our clients favorably. Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Your responsibilities will include: * Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat * Providing accurate information about our products and services via online chat * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments * Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) * Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!) * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you'll need to: * Have excellent written and verbal communication skills * Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment * Be available to work 4-hour time blocks daily * Attend 4 weeks of training (Tuesday - Saturday, 10AM - 6:30PM CST) * Be flexible with scheduling after completion of training * Be able to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week * Be able to type at least 35 WPM (40 and above is preferred) * Possess a positive and professional demeanor **Benefits** As an arenaflex team member, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Great training programs to help you succeed in your role * Facility amenities, such as an onsite dining facility offering complimentary breakfast and lunch, a fitness center, and an onsite medical center * Opportunities to participate in sports and social leagues after work * Volunteering initiatives through our Associate Foundation * A non-smoking environment that promotes a healthy lifestyle * Equal opportunities for advancement and career growth **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business results.
