**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing your expertise to proactively make recommendations that prevent future issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Work Schedule**
* Hours of Operation: 8am – 12am ET, Monday – Sunday
* 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off (8-hour shifts)
* Shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential to have open overall availability
* Pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked
**Training and Development**
* Comprehensive training program that combines classroom and on-the-job training
* Typically 2 weeks long, but duration may vary
* Classroom training hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, with a lunch break
* Upon completion of classroom training, you'll receive your regular shift and start working those hours
