Part-time Chat Specialist – Automotive Industry Customer Service Representative

We're a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment to work in, and we're seeking positive and energetic individuals who share our passion for great customer service and technology. **Responsibilities** As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers, turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!) * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment **Requirements** * Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin * Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone * Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT) * Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday **Benefits** As a part-time Chat Specialist at careerzynith, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $13.00 * Flexible scheduling with 25-39 hours per week * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * On-the-job training and support * Referral program * 401(k) and 401(k) matching * A non-smoking work environment **Work Environment** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
