About the Role
This is a position for a high-level Litigation Expert who operates with total independence. You won’t just support cases; you will drive the technical execution of I-589 and EOIR 42-B filings in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Technical Ownership: 5+ years in litigation and 3+ years with complex immigration forms. You are ready to deliver on Day 1.
Strategic Oversight: Master our dashboards to track deadlines and proactively propose winning legal strategies.
