With a focus on customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence, we're dedicated to helping our clients succeed. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with clients, resolving issues, and providing support via phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently * Handling phone calls, emails, and live chats with both current and potential clients * Tracking and monitoring potential and current clients using CRM software * Assisting clients in the creation of their shows/events and customization of their online box office * Performing light administrative tasks, including data entry * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices **Qualifications & Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * High school graduate, college degree preferred * Administrative/Customer Service experience * Computer savvy and ability to learn quickly * Comfortable with Word, Excel, Zoom, team chat, and online file management systems * Experience with Zoho or other CRM software or help desk software a plus, but willing to train * Secure and reliable computer as well as reliable, high-speed Internet connection * Self-starter and able to work well independently, as well as part of a team * Excellent communication and writing skills * Personable and energetic * Box Office experience a plus **Work Environment & Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional travel required for team meetings, conferences, or other work-related events.
