About the Role
Our client, a dynamic and trend-setting fashion retailer, is looking for a visionary Lead Visual Merchandiser to shape the in-store experience for their flagship location in Los Angeles, California, US . This role is pivotal in translating brand identity and seasonal campaigns into compelling visual narratives that drive foot traffic and sales. The Lead Visual Merchandiser will oversee all aspects of in-store presentation, from window displays to floor layouts and mannequin styling, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand aesthetic across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design and implement eye-catching window displays and in-store setups for new collections and promotions. Create compelling product storytelling through visual displays, merchandising, and signage. Oversee the placement and presentation of merchandise, ensuring optimal flow and product visibility. Manage and train junior visual merchandising staff and cross-functional teams. Source and procure props, fixtures, and materials within budget. Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards are consistently met and provide feedback. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies. Collaborate closely with the marketing, buying, and store operations teams. Maintain a high level of creative execution and attention to detail in all visual elements. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with a strong portfolio showcasing fashion retail projects. Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior role within visual merchandising. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and SketchUp is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of color theory, composition, and spatial design principles. Strong spatial reasoning and ability to visualize and execute complex displays. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in Los Angeles, California, US . Must be adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team structure. Flexibility to travel to various store locations as needed. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Benefits
