What You'll Be Doing

As a Thrive Accelerate Up Supervisor - Call Center Tech Customer Service, you'll be part of a 1-year training program that will give you the skills and knowledge you need to succeed as a call center supervisor. You'll work with a team of talented individuals to provide outstanding technical support and customer service to our FiOS customers, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, applications, networks, or devices, and answering customer tech questions. You'll also have the opportunity to lead a team of customer service technicians, manage employee performance, and ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.
