**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately reading, interpreting, and entering patient medication orders into our computer system, including dosage calculations and medication assignments
* Contacting healthcare providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and ensure accurate medication orders
* Responding to patient calls to arrange and manage new medication orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals to resolve medication discrepancies and ensure patient safety
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
**Requirements**
* Graduate degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
* 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* 6 months of experience working with Windows-Based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email applications
* Proficiency in keyboarding and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
* Valid AZ Pharmacy Technician License (required)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 6 months of experience working as a pharmacy technician
* 90 days of experience handling and resolving customer needs via telephone
* Healthcare work experience and experience with benefits, insurance, and medication management
* Clinical charging, coding, and other clinical support experience
* Customer service experience in an office setting
* 6 months of professional work experience, including inbound and outbound telephone customer care
