Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering product and service questions, and ensuring their satisfaction. Major Responsibilities:
- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and ensure we're meeting our high standards.
- Package, stock, and rotate display counters to ensure our products are presented in a visually appealing and organized manner, with correct signage.
- Perform designated opening and closing procedures, and offer assistance to other team members as requested to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale, ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

- Ability to work with little supervision: As a remote customer service representative, you'll be working independently, and we expect you to be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
