Job Summary
We're looking for two experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team, working remotely 3-4 days a week. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, working closely with our overseas admin team, and managing your tasks independently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
- Work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and efficient handling of listings and support tickets.
- Manage your tasks independently, taking ownership of your work and meeting deadlines without the need for constant supervision.
- Collaborate with your teammate to provide 7-day-a-week coverage, including rotating weekends (Sundays in the morning).
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex, providing feedback and suggestions for improving our products and services.
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- Native U.S. English speaker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with customers in a kind and helpful manner.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of your work and managing your time effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Availability to work 24-30 hours per week, including rotating weekends (Sundays in the morning).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Knowledge of CRM software, such as ZenDesk, and other business tools, including Slack and JIRA.
- Experience working in a remote or online environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication and collaboration tools.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
