As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our clients. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to uncover additional sales and service opportunities * Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service * Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to develop trusting relationships with all customers * Providing high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data * Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities * Handling administrative, data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent * Bilingual is preferred but not required **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, having the following skills and experience would be a plus: * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Experience with data entry, reporting, and reconciliation * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service software * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
