Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through email, phone, and online chat to answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide market feedback.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchange requests to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Update customer information and order status regularly, maintaining accurate records in our customer database.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth processing of orders and customer needs.
- Provide market feedback and assist in optimizing products and services to meet customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- A high school degree or above, with relevant work experience in customer service or a related field.
- Familiarity with Arenaflex platform operations and policies, as well as e-commerce customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer issues and concerns.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
