**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Chat Agent to join our team. As a Remote Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to and engaging with inbound chat and text messages from our customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages from customers
* Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries
* Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt
* Identify and report system errors or anomalies
* Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour
* ERA above 10% will include coaching and possible termination
* Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary CRM system
**Education & Skills Required**
* Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
* Must have access to high-speed internet
* High school diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Experience with customer service software and CRM systems

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage. We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, including:
* Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
* Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
