Job Requirements
To be a successful customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* Be at least 16 years old
* Possess an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills
* Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Have a valid driver's license (for delivery positions)
General Job Duties for All Team Members
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your duties will include:
* Operating all equipment, including cash registers, phones, and computers
* Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers
* Preparing all products, including pizzas, sides, and desserts
* Receiving and processing telephone orders
* Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork
* Cleaning equipment and facilities on a daily basis
Communication Skills
As a customer service representative, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, including:
