Job Requirements

To be a successful customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements: * Be at least 16 years old * Possess an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills * Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Have a valid driver's license (for delivery positions)

General Job Duties for All Team Members

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your duties will include: * Operating all equipment, including cash registers, phones, and computers * Stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers * Preparing all products, including pizzas, sides, and desserts * Receiving and processing telephone orders * Taking inventory and completing associated paperwork * Cleaning equipment and facilities on a daily basis

Communication Skills

As a customer service representative, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, including: * The ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions * The ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person * The ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen * The ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Essential Functions and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential functions and skills: * The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator) * The ability to make correct monetary change * Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders * Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed * Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery areas * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
