**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Manager - arenaflex Agent Team Member, your key responsibilities will include:
* Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
* Responding to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
* Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business
* Leading a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to ensure seamless customer service and sales support
* Collaborating with other agency team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
* Anticipating customer needs and proactively resolving issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for helping people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively relate to customers and coordinate with other team members
* Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
* A Texas General Lines License or the ability to acquire one
* A competitive desire to sell and service insurance and financial products
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
