Role Overview
We are seeking an Insurance Defense / Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. The firm focuses on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients. The role involves working on complex, high-exposure matters and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of this role include drafting legal documents, attending hearings, depositions, and trials, and independently managing court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
