You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about careerzynith's products and services * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns * Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Proficiency in computer skills, including internet browser, email, and ability to learn new software * Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information * A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability and a commitment to excellence **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a call center environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with sales and upselling techniques * Certification in customer service or a related field **Schedule** We currently have the following full-time shifts available: * Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm * Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm **Location** This is a work-from-home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
