**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
* Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or provide information
* Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshoot any concerns

* Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed to enhance customer experience

**Essential Qualifications:**
