We are looking for an expert PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a US-based medical practices. The ideal candidate isn't just a Google Ads expert; you are deeply familiar with the unique constraints of HIPAA compliance and the technical requirements of secure tracking in a post-HHS guidance landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: End-to-end management of Google Ads (Search/Display) targeting patient acquisition.
Compliance-First Tracking: Audit and implement tracking solutions that ensure no Protected Health Information (PHI) is transmitted to ad platforms.
Optimization: Continuous A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to lower CPA while maintaining high lead quality.
Reporting: Provide monthly performance dashboards focusing on conversion metrics, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
Landing Page: Advise on landing page design and form-fill flows to ensure they are both high-converting and HIPAA-secure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Healthcare Experience: Proven track record managing PPC for US healthcare providers, clinics, or medical services.
HIPAA Mastery: Comprehensive understanding of HIPAA regulations regarding digital marketing and patient data.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Server-Side Google Tag Manager (sGTM) or HIPAA-compliant third-party tracking tools (e.g.,Matomo, Freshpaint, or similar wrappers).
Lead Quality: Experience with qualified lead optimization rather than just traffic volume.
Communication: Fluent English with the ability to explain technical tracking limitations to non-technical stakeholders.

Google Ads Certification (Search/Measurement).
