We're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment that values and respects the contributions of all our employees. **Job Type:** This is a contract position with a duration of 6 months, from April 2025 to September 2025. **Pay and Benefits:** * Hourly pay rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work location: Remote * We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer service * Entering data accurately and efficiently using AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel * Coordinating with Program Coordinators to ensure timely completion of operational tasks * Communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports * Providing support for various client and internal reports * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures **Preferred Skills:** * AS400 experience * Transportation logistics experience * Call centre experience * Coordinator experience * Brokerage, automotive dispatch, or Auto auction experience * Experience with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel * Comfortable with inbound and outbound calls * Customer Service experience * Supply Chain experience * Logistic experience * Data Entry experience **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field * 3+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field * Experience with AS400, Outlook, Salesforce, AIMS, MySC, and Excel * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
