They still cannot get a straight answer to a simple question without waiting weeks. Their CEO knows it. Their board knows it. Nobody has fixed it. *What SQOR Does* SQOR fixes it. That comes after the capital raise. Right now the job is your network, your demos, and signed contracts. You open doors at companies, PE funds, operating teams, and portfolio company CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs. You and SQOR CEO run the demos. You close. Deals range from $25K to $250K ACV with expansion across entire portfolios. You mentor a small team of reps and jump into their deals when needed. You work directly with the founder to sharpen messaging from what you hear in the field. A path to CRO exists. It is earned on the board. *You* You have 5 to 12 years carrying a quota. You have sold into PE firms, operating partners, or portfolio company leadership. You have an active network you can pick up the phone and use tomorrow. You have closed complex deals at early-stage companies where nobody knew the brand and nobody was going to help you. You speak value creation without rehearsing it. You prefer closing to talking about process. You want your comp tied to what you produce. *Compensation* You earn very high commissions on every deal you close, starting day one. The sales cycle is short, the product deploys fast. You put numbers on the board, you get paid. You receive a meaningful ownership stake, approximately 2% of the company. Base salary layers in as revenue and funding grow, with both tracking toward Q2/Q3 2026. The structure is built so that closers do not need to wait for a salary to make serious money. You are joining a team of 20 executives who have all been here building on equity, many for over two years, behind a product with Google Partnership credibility and live enterprise traction with repeatable PE funds motion.
