You will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving complex customer needs, and providing exceptional service with empathy. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and have a strong desire to make a difference, we invite you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle high-volume calls from specialty patients, resolving prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage issues * Provide exceptional customer service with empathy, addressing patient concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner * Utilize strong computer skills to navigate our systems and resolve issues efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of patient concerns * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * 6+ months of high call center experience, with proficiency in Windows, Microsoft, or other applications * Strong computer skills, including typing and navigation of multiple systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and internal teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** arenaflex requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated. **Training Schedule** Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST. **Schedule Availability** As a Customer Service Representative, you will work overnight shifts from the comfort of your own home in Illinois. Your schedule will be Monday through Sunday, 9:00 pm EST to 9:00 am EST, with an 8-hour shift assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on location and experience.
