Provide financial expertise and guidance to support Humana's Medicaid business.
Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for Humana's Medicaid market.
Ensure compliance with Medicaid reimbursement regulations and guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial initiatives and projects.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Proactively identify potential financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Communicate financial results and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Medicaid finance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance team.
