About the position

We're looking for the top 1% - engineers who treat their craft like athletes treat performance, and who want to work alongside people who do the same. The world has changed dramatically in the last quarter. What used to take a team of consultants six months now takes a sharp engineer a few days. The momentum is unreal, and we're growing into it fast.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you're embedded directly in our customers' environments, taking a messy enterprise problem from first conversation to a working production system in days - not quarters. You work as part of a small senior team - alongside a Senior Consultant and other FDEs - and you own the technical solution end-to-end: architecture, integrations, agent and workflow logic, frontend where needed, evals, deployment. The work starts and ends with the customer, not the codebase. Feedback cycles are measured in hours, the bar is high, and the people you ship with will push you to raise it.
