Federal/Government Submissions Manager (Healthcare)

Job Title: Manager – Government Submissions & Healthcare Data Analytics Location:Fully Remote Job Type: Full-time (Direct Hire) Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role • Strong expertise in Medicare Advantage and/or ACA marketplace, with solid understanding of CMS regulations and programs • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and strong data handling capabilities • Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Proven team leadership, mentoring, and delegation skills Preferred Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Health Science, Data Science, or related field • Experience leading Risk Adjustment and Government Submissions teams within healthcare organizations • Exposure to HEDIS data collection and submission processes • Knowledge of statistical tools such as R or SAS • Experience working with health plans, providers, consulting firms, or regulatory bodies (CMS, Department of Health, etc.)
