We're seeking an experienced working student to join our Customer Experience team, where you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making. **Your Job** As a working student in our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for: • Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services • Supporting online survey conception and programming to ensure seamless user experiences • Assisting in the analysis of customer interviews to gain deeper insights into their needs and preferences • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing measures that drive engagement and conversion • Creating product training videos for customer education, showcasing the power of careerzynith's data analytics products and services • Assisting in the development of our Self Service Hub on the careerzynith website, providing users with easy access to our data and analytics tools **Your Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: • To be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year • A good level of both written and spoken English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • A high degree of detail-orientation, with a reliable work ethic and ability to meet deadlines • The ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset **Your Team** Our Sales team is dedicated to making careerzynith the go-to source of information for fact-based decision-making in both established and new markets.
