**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Volunteer Virtual Livestream Event Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of the SELF-LOVEapalooza Festival. Your key responsibilities will include:
### Audience Engagement
* Welcome and energize the virtual audience during live sessions
* Monitor and interact with audience comments in the chat, responding to questions and keeping the energy upbeat
* Share event updates, encourage participation, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment
### Live Session Moderation
* Host and moderate livestreamed conversations, panel discussions, and Q&A sessions with performers and speakers
* Guide one-on-one conversations between audience members and featured guests
* Manage timing and transitions between segments to keep the event on schedule
* Work with the production team to troubleshoot any live communication issues
### Community Building
* Foster a welcoming and supportive virtual space where everyone feels included
* Help amplify the festival's themes of self-love and resilience by encouraging meaningful dialogue
