**Key Responsibilities:**
* **Data Entry and Management:** Receive, collect, review, and enter data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Data Integrity:** Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identify and correct errors, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
* **Reporting and Analysis:** Provide basic reports and data lists, spreadsheets, and reports to support business decisions and operations.
* **Database Management:** Create, modify, and maintain databases according to departmental needs.
* **Customer Support:** Provide direction and assistance to users regarding data requirements and status of paperwork, and train other data entry employees.
* **Administrative Tasks:** Perform routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones, maintaining supplies, and maintaining logs of activities and completed work.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree/Bachelors Degree preferred.
* **Experience:** Two years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
* **Skills:**
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
+ Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
+ Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Certifications:** Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) certification.
* **Experience with:** Electronic Health Records (EHRs), medical billing, or healthcare administration.
* **Language Skills:** Bilingual or multilingual proficiency.
