**Responsibilities**
As a Virtual Customer Service Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a variety of focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on topics such as:
* Child-related products and services
* Cell phones and mobile devices
* Entertainment, including TV shows, movies, and video games
* Food, including fast food, casual dining, and upscale dining
* Sports, including casual viewers and die-hard fans
* Electronics, including devices and preferences
* Pets, including dogs, cats, and other animals
* Automobiles, including ownership, leasing, and payments
Your responsibilities will include:
* Arriving at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
* Participating in written and oral instructions
* Completing written surveys provided for each panel
* Using products and/or services, if provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to the meeting date
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on your desktop/laptop
* Access to a reliable internet connection
* A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
* The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
**Experience**
No experience is required for this role, but you must be able to work independently and have a strong desire to participate in market research and product testing.
