**Job Summary**
As a Technical Customer Care Specialist - Night Shift - Remote, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers via written English, resolving customer complaints efficiently and professionally, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. You will also act as a liaison between customers and product and technical teams, understanding and translating customer needs into technical language and vice versa.
