**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A passion for exceptional customer support, with a focus on delighting customers and exceeding their expectations.
* Advanced written English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
* Adaptability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, and be available to work on weekends as needed.
