**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Database Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping us to extract insights from our vast data sets and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders. Your expertise in database analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling will help us to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement data solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders
* Analyze complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth and improvement
* Develop and maintain databases, data warehouses, and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualizations and reports
* Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata to support data governance and quality
* Perform data quality checks and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
* Develop and maintain SQL scripts and stored procedures to support data analysis and reporting
* Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data infrastructure and architecture
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 4+ years of experience in database analysis and design
* Strong understanding of database concepts, including data modeling, data normalization, and data integrity
* Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases
* Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools, including Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) or Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE)
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
* Experience with scripting languages, including PowerShell or Python
* Experience with data governance and quality tools, including data quality frameworks or data validation tools
