**Job Summary**

* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their shopping experience

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
* Experience working in a paint or hardware store environment
* Knowledge of paint and painting techniques
* Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
