**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions, and recommending the right solutions. You'll work closely with store associates, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in Spanish will enable you to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking customers, building trust and loyalty.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to their needs
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and preferences to deliver personalized experiences
* Collaborate with store associates, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
* Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with arenaflex products
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment
* Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer needs
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer service or sales role in a retail or wholesale environment
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Bilingualism in additional languages (e.g., English, French, Mandarin)
