**The Role**
As an Experienced Social Media Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for starting authentic conversations with potential clients on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Your primary goal will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, a Business Coach, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Start new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (2 hours/day)
* Follow up with existing leads and close sales (1.5 hours/day)
* Grow your social media presence and engage with potential clients (2 hours/day)
* Manage and communicate with your team, including daily tasks and updates (30 minutes/day)
* Collaborate with our client success team to achieve sales goals and objectives
**Requirements**
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
* Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection and a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
* Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
* Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
* Proven experience in sales/customer service roles (at least 4 months)
* High interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working from home or in a remote environment
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Passion for sales and customer service
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
