**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Experience Representative on our Mom & Baby team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to expecting mothers, MD offices, and insurance providers. You'll work closely with our team to provide breast pumps, maternity compression, and lactation support services, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. With a focus on customer satisfaction, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Your Primary Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance, overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance
* Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs, presenting arenaflex's services, and handling inbound calls/emails from patients to convert them to potential sales
* Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails, investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues, and communicating with customers to provide equipment/sizing troubleshooting
* Promptly following up on services promised/rendered, entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts, and documenting processing, including verification of insurance
* Maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality and adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
**Skills for Success**

* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and work individually and as part of a dynamic team
* Self-motivation, high energy, and an engaging level of enthusiasm, with exceptional verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills
* Self-discipline, with excellent critical thinking and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and research
* A proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics, with sensitivity to patient care issues and a commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality
**Required Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred
* Microsoft Office computer skills
* 1+ years of customer service experience required
