**Responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers through telephone sales, Live Chat, and E-Mail support, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries
* Selling extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise, meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Offering exceptional customer support for customers who have purchased items, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Reviewing online orders to provide online fraud protection, ensuring the security and integrity of customer transactions
* Tracking and expediting orders on a daily basis, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
* Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet, to enhance their shopping experience
