**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support via live chat, email, and phone
* Managing sales inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems, and resolving disputes on PayPal and Stripe
* Processing orders, creating shipping labels, and calculating product prices
* Creating engaging content using AI tools, designing renders and mockup designs, and managing social media outreach to influencers
* Utilizing digital tools and platforms to efficiently manage customer support tasks
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* **English Proficiency**: Advanced level (C1-C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* **Shopify Expertise**: Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, including creating and managing products, orders, and shipping labels
* **Shipping Label Applications**: Experience with DHL and UPS shipping label applications
* **Sales Skills**: Strong sales abilities and experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* **Negotiation Skills**: Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively resolve disputes and negotiate with customers
* **Graphic Design Skills**: Advanced proficiency in Photoshop and basic skills in Illustrator
* **Office Suite Proficiency**: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
* **Communication Tools**: Experience with Slack and Gorgias app
* **Social Media Management**: Ability to manage social media accounts effectively, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
* **Customer Support Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in customer support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* **Dispute Resolution**: Skills to resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe
* **Geographical Knowledge**: High understanding of worldwide addresses and ability to navigate complex shipping logistics
* **Follow-up and Sales Calls**: Experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* **Copywriting**: Proficiency in creating compelling copy, including product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts
* **Live Chat Support**: Experience in providing live chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* **Internet and Power Stability**: Access to high-speed internet without any power or signal interruptions
