**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
* Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is a seasonal position).
* A high school diploma or GED.
* A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
* A desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:
