WHO WE ARE B.e.e. therapy is a boutique school-based therapy company founded and led by two veteran Speech-Language Pathologists. We created b.e.e. therapy because we believed there was a better way to support both schools and clinicians — one that is more personal, more collaborative, and grounded in strong clinical practice. Our leadership understands the work because we’ve done it ourselves. When you partner with b.e.e. therapy, you have direct access to the people who built the company and remain closely involved in every placement. Our goal is simple: create thoughtful partnerships with schools while ensuring clinicians feel supported, respected, and set up for success. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking California-licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) for contract (1099) school-based placements across public school districts throughout California. Opportunities are available across the school year, with flexible caseloads thoughtfully designed to align with your strengths, experience, and availability. We currently have in-person positions available, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working within supportive school communities. WHY B.E.E. IS DIFFERENT • Competitive Compensation: Starting at $70/hour • CEU Reimbursement: Annual reimbursement to support your continued growth and licensure • Meaningful Mentorship: Direct access to our founding SLPs—guidance that is responsive and rooted in real clinical experience • Boutique Support: No corporate red tape.
