**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You will handle customers' direct requests, including entering orders, resolving issues, and processing returns. You will also be responsible for protecting the arenaflex brand by keeping the magic alive with all incoming children's inquiries regarding the Elf and North Pole.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat interactions
* Handle customers' direct requests, including entering orders, resolving issues, and processing returns
* Collect required customer information to complete product orders to company standards
* Place, edit, or cancel orders as requested by the customer
* Collect payment information and enter into the system
* Process returns and replacements on orders for both wholesale and retail customers
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
* Make outbound calls to existing accounts and prospects
* Contact FedEx or other logistic companies to track or handle customer service issues
* Protect company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to successfully balance multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Reading and writing in English required; Spanish preferred
* Proficiency in all Microsoft Suites, SharePoint, Excel, and NAV preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with order management and fulfillment processes
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
