**Basic Qualifications**
To be successful as a Bilingual Machine Learning Data Associate - German, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* **Fluency in German and English (verbal and written communication)**: You will need to be fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Compensation and Equity**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, equity, and other forms of compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $32,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $70,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
