**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our valued customers
* Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, each with unique needs and preferences
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience that leaves a lasting impression

**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 18 years of age or older
* Flexibility to meet the needs of the business, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
**Equipment and Internet Requirements:**
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
* A standalone monitor (19 inch)
* A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required internet speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* A home office that is a noise/distraction-free environment
* A desk and an ergonomic chair
