**The Position**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, explaining the features of our insurance products and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. This is not a call center environment, and you'll work one-on-one with customers to build trust and rapport.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a friendly and patient manner
* Prepare well-written responses to customers, addressing their concerns and providing clear explanations of our insurance products
* Process insurance quotes, coordinate underwriting, and assemble insurance certificates digitally
* Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to manage customer interactions and data
* Multitask and adjust work schedule to accommodate seasonal work volume
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of prior client service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
