Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our high-performing team as a Virtual Marketing Income & Partnership Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering collaborative relationships between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising companies, as well as their advertisers. Your primary objective will be to showcase the value of arenaflex's product offerings and partnership software, while driving revenue growth and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
About the Role
As a Virtual Marketing Income & Partnership Development Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Fostering a collaborative business relationship between arenaflex and SMB virtual advertising companies (commonly local) and their advertisers.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's product offerings and partnership software.
- Crafting consultative sales presentations to illustrate how arenaflex's marketing products can be applied to connect with customers.
- Leading training sessions to assist the company in becoming more adept at building and executing effective campaigns.
- Continuously surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals assigned by management while contributing to team targets.
- Developing and managing partner relationships to ensure the surpassing of assigned goals.
- Identifying new business partnerships that align with arenaflex's partner compliance and meet revenue expectations.
- Charting out agency structure and discovering key decision-makers, budget owners, and the organization's decision-making process.
- Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans.
- Interacting with businesses regularly to nurture relationships, validate advertisers' wishes, and maintain arenaflex's partnership prominence.
- Collaborating harmoniously with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with new clients.
What It Takes to Succeed

- Verified success in achieving sales targets in a prior position.
- Experience working with marketers at government levels.
- Familiarity with Pay Per Click marketing (an advantage).
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Self-motivation, teamwork, and a strong dedication to surpassing targets.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
